Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 15, 2026
Digital Worker Exchange (“DWX”) is operated by George Kamouzis in Illinois, United States. This policy describes the information the DWX website actually collects today and what we do with it. Privacy questions and requests: privacy@digitalworkerexchange.com.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what you give us through the site:
- Account information. When you create an account we record your email address, the password credential held by our authentication provider, and the profile details you enter — your name, company name (optional) and whether you registered as a business or a creator. If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile and email information Google returns for that sign-in.
- Deployment requests. When you submit a Request Deployment form we store the business name, industry, company size, the goals you describe, the tools you say your business uses, your contact name and your contact email, and — if you are signed in — a link to your account.
- Creator submissions. When you submit a digital worker for listing we store the creator or company name, email address, worker name and role, category, description, capabilities, integrations, any website or demo URL, and the pricing information you provide.
- Marketplace activity. Workers you save to your account. The site may display review content and ratings on listings, but it does not currently accept new review submissions. The reviews shown are sample data.
- Agent connections. If you authorize an external AI agent or client to access DWX on your behalf, we record that authorization so the client can act within your own account permissions.
- Technical request data. Like any website, our hosting and backend providers process technical information such as IP address, browser user agent and timestamps in order to serve and secure requests.
We do not ask for or store payment card details, government identifiers, or precise location.
2. Why we use it
- To create and authenticate your account and keep you signed in.
- To receive, store and follow up on deployment requests, and to link each request to the relevant listing in our records.
- To review creator submissions and decide whether a listing can be published.
- To show your saved workers and any reviews displayed on listings (currently sample data).
- To respond to support, contact and privacy messages.
- To operate, debug and secure the site, and to comply with applicable law.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not run advertising networks on the site.
3. Cookies and analytics
DWX uses browser storage and cookies for one purpose: keeping your authenticated session active. We do not currently run a third-party analytics, advertising or tracking product on the site. If we add one later, we will update this policy before it goes live.
4. Service providers
We rely on third-party infrastructure providers to run DWX, including a managed database and authentication provider that stores account, listing, submission and request data, and a hosting and content-delivery provider that serves the site. If you choose Google sign-in, Google processes that authentication. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Sharing between businesses and creators
DWX is a two-sided marketplace. Today, information you put into a deployment request is stored in our database and is visible to DWX and to your own account. It is not automatically forwarded to or displayed for the creator of the listing you contacted. Do not include confidential or sensitive information in a request. If we later introduce creator routing, we will update this policy before turning it on.
6. Retention
We keep account information for as long as your account exists. Deployment requests, creator submissions and reviews are kept while they remain relevant to operating the marketplace and to our records of what was requested or listed. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, or when you ask us to delete it and we have no overriding reason to keep it, we remove it. We do not commit to a fixed deletion deadline.
7. Security
Access to stored data is restricted by database-level access rules so that, for example, your saved workers and your own requests are readable by your account and by DWX rather than by other users. Traffic to the site is served over HTTPS. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed or lost. We hold no security certifications and make no claim of certification.
8. International access
DWX is operated from the United States and our providers may process and store data in the United States or other countries where they operate. If you access DWX from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States. We do not offer a specific data-residency option.
9. Children's privacy
DWX is a business marketplace intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, write to us and we will remove it.
10. Your choices and requests
The current DWX product does not provide profile editing, email change, or self-service account deletion. You may remove workers you have saved, and you may stop using the site at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, email privacy@digitalworkerexchange.com from the address on your account and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to keep limited records where we have a legal or operational reason to do so, and we will tell you if that applies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as DWX develops. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of the page. Continuing to use DWX after an update means you accept the revised policy.
