Account access

Trouble signing in, email confirmation not arriving, or you need to change the name, company or role on your account. Email support with the address on the account — never your password.

Creator and listing questions

Questions about submitting a digital worker, what a listing must declare, or the status of a submission you sent through the For Creators form.

Deployment requests

A Request Deployment submission is a scoping and contact request; no payment is taken and no purchase obligation is created. Contact support if you need to correct or withdraw a request you submitted.

Reporting a problem

Broken pages, inaccurate listing content, misleading capability claims, or anything that looks like misuse of the marketplace. Include the page URL and what you saw.

Privacy requests

Access, correction or deletion of your personal information. These are handled at privacy@digitalworkerexchange.com.
